Why We’re Here

Fighting for those we love.

We are parents, friends, and families of trans people; volunteering our time and resources to fight for equality and dignity for trans people around the country. Our focus is on electing qualified transgender candidates at all levels of state and federal office—ensuring that the voices and needs of the trans community are represented, heard, and catalyzed into action.

Now, more than ever.

FUTR's work is more important than ever. We need to support the trans people we love—and fight back against the anti-trans agenda spreading across America. Together, we will aid in giving trans candidates and champions of trans rights a seat at the table and a public voice.

Representation matters.

We've partnered with the LGBTQ+ Victory Fund, an organization that has been identifying, vetting, and recommending candidates since 1991. All FUTR candidates align with Victory Fund’s endorsement criteria, supporting transgender rights, being pro-choice, showing community support, and having a plan to win.

Meet the Candidates

This list is updated as we meet fundraising goals and as new candidates become eligible.

About FUTR

FUTR was aunched in 2024 by parents and families of trans people in consultation with the trans community, political advisors, and major donors.

Our trans loved ones range in age from elementary school-aged to adults, representing a diverse array of trans journies. We hail from across the US and bring a variety of background experiences, sexual orientations, genders, and ethnicities.

We are entirely volunteer-run.
